These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the POLYMER MARKET mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by PEARL POLYFINES, having its registered office at:

1. Nature of the Platform

POLYMER MARKET is a B2B digital platform designed to facilitate business interactions related to polymer distribution.

The platform enables registered sellers to showcase products and allows buyers to express business interest through inquiries.

PEARL POLYFINES may, from time to time, act as a seller on the platform while also facilitating interactions between buyers and other sellers.

The App does not provide an automated checkout or payment mechanism. Commercial terms including pricing, delivery, and payment are finalized through off-platform communication.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Only registered businesses may use the App.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Submission of valid GST and business details is mandatory.
• The Company may suspend accounts for false information or regulatory issues.

3. Account Security

• Users must keep login credentials confidential.
• Unauthorized use must be reported to info@polymermarket.in.

4. Listings, Inquiries & Pricing

All listings are for informational and inquiry purposes only. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed purchase.

Prices are indicative and may vary based on quantity, logistics, market conditions, and platform charges.

5. Platform Charges & Pricing Structure

Displayed prices may include platform-related margins. Charges may vary depending on transaction nature and are subject to revision.

Once commercial terms are finalized, applicable charges are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Payments & Transactions

The App does not support direct payments. All payments are completed outside the App between concerned parties.

The Company shall not be responsible for disputes or failures arising from off-platform payment processes.

7. Fulfilment, Delivery & Logistics

Delivery coordination occurs after terms are finalized. Timelines are indicative and subject to third-party logistics.

8. Seller Responsibilities

• Accuracy of product information
• Product quality
• Tax & regulatory compliance
• Issuance of GST invoices where applicable

The Company does not guarantee seller performance.

9. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be terminated for fraud, violations, or legal risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Business Communication

The App may facilitate contact between users. External negotiations are at users’ discretion.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on cloud hosting, analytics, OTP or messaging providers. The Company is not responsible for service failures.

13. Modifications to Terms

The Company may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
